Asymptotic profiles of the endemic equilibrium of a reaction-diffusion-advection SIS epidemic model with saturated incidence rate

In this paper, we consider a reaction-diffusion SIS epidemic model with saturated incidence rate in advective heterogeneous environments. The existence of the endemic equilibrium (EE) is established when basic reproduction number greater than one. We further investigate effects diffusion, advection and saturation on asymptotic profiles equilibrium. individuals concentrate at downstream end tends to infinity. As diffusion susceptible zero, certain portion population concentrates end, remaining distributes habitat non-homogeneous way; other hand, density infected positive entire habitat. vanishes for small or large saturation. results may provide some implications disease control prediction.
